We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, non-deliverable addresses, or non USPS verified addresses entered by the buyer at checkout. Please double check all of your information prior to placing an order.

We are not responsible for any customs or import fees associated with orders placed outside the United States.

If a package appears to be lost in the mail, contact us after a minimum of 3 days without any tracking updates and we will get in touch with the mail carrier.

Package insurance is available for all orders placed with USPS Priority shipping.

Refunds will only be made for packages with insurance, or packages returned to sender undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
